iirc you have to send them the account email address and cd-key. some time ago you also had to name at least one name of the characters on the account, but i think that isnt required anymore. idk if they can change the linked account email address if you don't remember it anymore since it's used to logg in. fingers crossed tho.

All Activity. Deleted the character with 24 slot bag. So as the title states, I thought my 24 slot bag from the e-mail promo was on another character and I ended up deleting the character who was currently holding the 24 slot bag.
