They do work by default, but no cheats, only some graphics tweaking commands. If that is your thing, go for them, if you're looking for cheats, sorry to disappoint. Better go for mods, console won't help you here. Step 1: Open Steam client. Step 2: In your Steam launcher, click Library. Step 3: Find the game then right-click the Dragon Age Inquisition in your game library and select Properties. Step 4 Go into your library and right click the game, choose "Properties". That forces cutscenes to run at 60 FPS. There will be some glitches sometimes like characters moving abruptly and the speech may cut out at the end of a cutscene since they are meant for 30 FPS.
